You will need:

1 pound of lean ground beef, lamb, or turkey

¾ cup of pine nuts

3 Tablespoons of pomegranate molasses

1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

½ cup of parsley leaves finely chopped

1 dash of cayenne pepper


6 cups of multipurpose, unbleached flour

½ teaspoon of melted yeast

2 ¼ cups of warm water

1 ¼ salt
